Is our furniture certified with a CE mark?

Yes, we have a СE certificate. Having a CE certificate indicates that the products from Wood&Room meet the necessary safety, health, and environmental protection standards required for sale within the European Economic Area (EEA). Do you provide a gift wrapping?

Yes, if your order is personalized, we will gift-wrap it. Just mention it in the comments to the order.

What's the timeframe for getting an order ready for shipment?

The production process takes 1 - 5 working days; each item is handmade. But usually, we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.

How long should I wait till the parcel comes?

Here's a breakdown of our shipping and delivery times for different regions around the world. 

  • USA, Canada: 2 -10 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 10 business days
  • Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia: 10 - 25 business days, 
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 25 business days.

Dates are approximate and may vary depending on the customs procedures in your country or a big burden on the postal service during the holidays.

Will I need to pay any customs fees or duties on my order?

We provide worldwide shipping. All taxes are included in the price for the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges for other countries. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before buying. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

What assurances do I have that my order will be delivered?

We work with transport companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The store provides guarantees regarding order delivery, such as claiming with delivery services or resending orders in case of issues.

Is there a warranty on our products?

The warranty covers indoor use only for 2 years. This means that the warranty will apply if the product is used as intended indoors and for the duration specified. It's important to adhere to the terms of the warranty to ensure that any potential issues with the product are covered. If you plan to use the product outdoors or in any way that deviates from the specified indoor use, it's advisable to contact the customer support team for clarification. Additionally, keep in mind that warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship and may not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Do you have any returns or exchanges?

We hope you absolutely love every product we send you. But sometimes life happens, and plans change; we get it. We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, within 14 days after you receive the package. TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: All items must be in new condition and their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping costs for the items sent in exchange. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made items. REPLACEMENTS: If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll send you a replacement of the personalized item.
